Meetings of the Key Allegro Canal and Property Owner’s Association Board of Directors will normally be held on the second Monday of each month. All meetings are open to property owners on the island, with the occasional exception of executive sessions. Meetings begin at 8:30 AM, and are held at the Allegro House located at 29 Mazatlan. Key Allegro property owners are encouraged to attend.

2018 ANNUAL MEETING REPORTS
We had a great turnout for the Annual Meeting this year. Over 200 property owners attended the meeting and many stayed afterwards to enjoy the meal.

The Key Allegro Canal and Property Owners Association (KACPOA) is a nonprofit corporation and was established to manage our planned community. Like other corporations, KACPOA is governed by a board of directors (who are elected by the members) and a set of rules called bylaws. You can download the current bylaws below.
